Cancellation and Refund Policy

Transaction fees

The Merchant or Buyer acknowledges and agrees that, in addition to the product or service purchase price, transaction charges imposed by payment processors or financial institutions may apply. These transaction charges will be borne by the Merchant or Buyer.

The Merchant or Buyer is responsible for any fees associated with the chosen payment method. Any charges incurred during the payment process, including but not limited to bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other transaction fees, are the sole responsibility of the Merchant or Buyer.

Financial institutions may typically apply a 2% transaction fee; however, it might vary depending on the bank, transaction type or method.

Advance order amount

We are collecting the advance order amount from Buyer based on the Merchants commission percentage, the remaining due amount Buyer can pay directly to the Merchant.

Note: The due amount is directly transferred or settled by the customer to the business during customer verification at the business. Expereal Technologies Pvt Ltd does not have any control over this payment.

The collected advance amount from Buyer is considered as our Commission/Fee/Service charge.

Order Cancellation by Customer

As a general rule, in the event of a customer-initiated order cancellation, the advance order amount paid shall be considered non-refundable.

Order Cancellation by Business

In the event of an order cancellation initiated by the business under any circumstance, the Buyer or Customer shall be entitled to a full refund.

If the business fails to accept the order within the specified time, the order will be automatically cancelled based on the scheduled cut-off time. In such instances of cancellation, the Buyer or Customer will receive a 100% refund.

After accepting an order, the Merchant is not permitted to cancel it unless there is an emergency. In case of an emergency, the Merchant is required to promptly contact us to request the cancellation of such orders.

Customer not show up Order Cancellation

In the event that the customer fails to attend the scheduled booking or appointment on the designated date and time, the order shall be automatically cancelled based on the scheduled cut-off time. In such cases of cancellation, the Buyer or Customer shall not be entitled to any refund.

Buyers or Customers must make every reasonable effort to cancel any reservations or appointments they are unable to attend as soon as possible in advance of the appointment.

In instances where Buyers or Customers miss, fail to attend, or arrive late for a reservation or appointment, the assessment of refund entitlement is solely contingent upon the terms and conditions stipulated by the Business. Customers or buyers are instructed to directly communicate with the business to initiate inquiries regarding refund claims, and are prohibited from seeking refunds through online channels.

Payment Gateway Refund Procedures

Refunds processed through our payment gateway provider are subject to their terms and conditions.

Our payment gateway provider may have their own refund policies, processing times, and fees. We encourage customers to review their policies for clarification. You may find their privacy notice link(s) here: https://www.phonepe.com/privacy-policy and https://www.cashfree.com/privacypolicy.

In the event of a refund request, we will initiate the refund process through our payment gateway provider in accordance with their procedures.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds processed through our payment gateway provider may take 7 days or longer to reflect in your account, depending on their processing times and your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees associated with payment processing, such as transaction fees charged by our payment gateway provider, may be non-refundable. Please review our gateway provider terms and conditions for clarification.
